It depends on what is the definition of an athlete? Some people consider athletes the ones that compete at the olympics without using any performance drugs. I don't have any problem if Bonds or Clemens used steroids. I have a problem though if they want to be called athletes and maybe that's why the congress is interested in giving the future youth better role models.
