Team chemistry is so important in the NBA that I'm not a big fan of theoretically adding and subtracting pieces as a method of determining how much better or worse a team might be. Maybe they'd be better, but maybe he'd be a defensive liability and be unwilling to defer to Lebron the Ultrastar. It seems that both teams are better off the way it is right now.
