It's great. Unlike most ATMS you can withdraw 1k per day (the atms I used never let me get more than $800). Fees are reasonable but it doesn't hold a candle to Paypal's master-DC which pays the user 1.5% cashback when you buy something.

in europe its bad, you pay 2% fees and bank its only 2$

This one gets me every month and I rarely use it. Its not the $5 but it is kind of insulting. Plus, if you leave the states it does not work. Maybe if you are in the UK it will work in all of Europe I dont know.In a way they force you to use the card if not a $5.00 dormont fee for the month.

It's pretty useless. Neteller charges me $2 to withdraw money to DC.
Then when I withdraw money from BkofAma ATM, they charges another $1.50
ATM only allow me to withdraw $800 at the most.
I guess if you're withdrawing a small amount, it would be okay. But if you're trying to move 6 to 8 dimes, it's useless.

It should work in all the European union countries. It does work here in Finland on regular atm machines as one of my friends has one. It's good way to get money really fast, but there is currency conversion fee on top of the $2 dollars atleast if your neteller currency is in dollars as my friends account is (he is online poker player). For withdrawing 1000 you could prepare to pay about 30 for the conversion fees, so i'd rather take a wire anyday.

Are you in Europe? If so that might explain it. US users get the Gold card that uses US banks and the Euro guys get the blue card. The gold card is on the star network which I don't think is in Europe?

That's weird.. the blue card works here and in the US, but the Gold card only works in the US?

I personally don't have that DC, but one my good friend does and i've seen the card. It's the blue one. I did some googling and found this:
" With access to the Cirrus™ and Maestro™ networks the NETeller DC can be used worldwide at ATM machines and POS terminals."
There are atleast some currency exchange fees involved using it and you can not check the amount of balance on the card using the atm, but that's probably normal. I've been to several countries and have made withdraws with my **** electron card from atms and never could check the balance of my account in foreign atms.

With all that being said, I will continue to not have one.![]()
I will just load my paypal account and get 1.5% cashback like Bill said.![]()

what's the monthly charge on this?...

Neteller is not at the top of my "favorites" list so I don't support any of their additional features. I am waiting for a group to come along that operates in a manner similar to PayPal (an actual bank), who has the legs to stand up against impotent US banking pressures and will service online wagering transactions. That group will receive my full support.
