Default does pinnacle process neteller withdrawls at this time?

there is a wager ( on the tennis match) i like on another site that i dont have funds in. i emailed pinnacle twice in the last half hour asking them but have yet to recieve a replay. i just requested a withdrawl so i guess the worst that happens is i lose 15$ if they dont gimme my funds in time. but should i expect the withdrawl to be processed soon?

    thanks

Should be very quick. few minutes to up to 15 every time i've withdrawn from Pinny. I've only once withdrawn less than 500 and shortly after i got an email explaining about the 15 fee and was asked to either resubmit the request or acknowledge by email i understood there is a fee involved. There should be 15 left in your account on top of the cash out amount to cover the fee. Weird they haven't answered your emails faster.

I thought the only delays were on ** requests as that is done during normal business hours.

they now have answered the email saying that "If there are sufficient funds in your account, the NETeller withdrawals are usually processed within one hour." i just want the withdrawl so i can make my wagers and go to sleep. i have withdrawn from them numerous times but i thought when i did it at a weird time like this it sometimes did take hours. i am hoping not though. it has been over 1/2 hour. come on.........get into the account!!!!

I just emailed them and there response below is extremely disapointing because they previously gave me the impresion it would only take an hour. this was unlike pinnacle. and the withdrawl is under the 10,000 amount that i have heard takes a long time. i am very disapointed in them.

Please be advised that the person in charge of processing transfers is not currentlty available. We should be able to process the withdrawal in approximately 3 hours.

As soon as we have processed the withdrawal, we will advise you via email.

    Thank you for your patience.

i'm not going to defend pinny's action on this one at all, but it was a saturday night. so i personaly would cut a little bit of slack on that one reason alone.

my problem isnt that it took 5 hours, its that they told me it would be processed within an hour and then took much longer. when they told me an hour later it would take much longer i sent them an email asking if i could lower my withdrawl amount and have it processed quick or just cancel it alltogether. this was 2:50 in the morning my time. I didnt get a response untill 4:20 when i was sleeping. by the time i woke up, it was processed. i did not want the withdrawl, unless i had it by like 3am. they gave me the impresion it would be done and then changed up.
i am upset but in the grand scheme of things its just $15. its not worthe my time to fight about or get them mad at me. but pinnacle does lose points in my book by not refunding the money. i think that would be fair i think.
