His one quote is kind of funny in the interview

" On any given Sunday any team can beat any team except for the 1972 Dolphins"

Sorry, but what's the difference between the 1972 Dolphins and their fans wanting to hold on to the unbeaten title and fans rooting for the Patriots to go undefeated just to see the Dolphins lose their solo status?

This guys is silly....Yeah they are still the only undefeated team but I think the Pats were better all around.

I find guys silly in general. They are motivated by ego in many cases - this is a good example.

I think Mercury Morris has done more interviews the last two days, than any of the players.

Morris did a great job of selling the 72 Dolphins and getting a Reebok commercial for after the Super Bowl for him and his teammates.

I winder what the Reebok commercial would have been if the Pats had won the game?

Otherwise, it will be nice not to have to hear Morris' arrogant voice until next season. No humility in Mr. Morris' opinions that is for sure.

Will the Pats get to the Super Bowl next year, and if so will they be undefeated going into the game again?

I am sure Mr. Morris and the 72 Dolphins hope so because it is that sort of thing that keep people from forgetting them altogether, and it is the sort of thing that generates income and publicity for those old timers.

Yeah its probably better every NFL team loses one early, so them 72 dolphins geezer can just get lost and be nothing more than an after thought.
