Here is what I know about this place RM.

You basically just try and turn a dime into as much as you can. They give you 10 cents to start with and if you lose it you can restart with 10 cents. You never put your own money in. They give free bonuses for rating commercials which takes about 20 seconds, but then you can double your return if you win the bet. Anything you win, you can keep. Now they do use paypal I noticed.

FWIW: I did read something where one person claimed to get paid within a few hours, however the amount is unknown.
