Well, I contacted Mr. Peev three days ago and he promised to help me, if possible. And the good thing is, the money already has arrived. So you definitely can talk to him about problems with stryyke!!!
On the other hand, everyone should read his last sentence carefully and decide if this is the way he wants to be treaded as a costumer!

Hi all.
I have problem with this bookmaker here is the story:

Open account with them before 4 months and and i play only poker-every month i cashout 100Euro without a problem.

But this month i win 10E from the poker ,after this played regulary cash games make it 20E and transfer it on the sportsbook.
After this i place a combi bet 20E and win about 100E.
I request payout and they reject,because i m suspicious in chip dumping from OnGame Network(The Poker software provieder)-its not true of course because they wont to provide hand history with suspicious poker hands..
They also close my account and confiscate all my winnings.

I asked them to withdraw my money 100E(80% are from sportsbetting) but they said ''you play very risky at poker client and when OnGameNetowrk open your poker account,then we will open your sportsbetting account and will withdraw your money''

Ok.regarding their rules:

Now i contact LotteryAnd Gambling Association-LGA-MALTA but i15 days i still dont have contact from them.
its not much 100Euro for me-but is about principals.

and than we payed you out 34 euro.
Of course it's wasn't fair to pay you out.

2) than you bett with your poker-money and payed in money
and won 3,58
transfered to poker, won due to chip dumping and pay out - 32,21 euro
Of course, you schould have about 7% from this paying out.

3) than you won due to chip dumping, transfered and pay out from poker account - 32,76 euro

4) than you did the same - 37,27 euro

5) than you won due to chip dumping in poker, transfered to your bettaccount 40,36 euro
+ your pay in 5,64 euro
with these money you won 50,1 euro, where tha part of your pay in money was about 7,16%
It means you were aloud to have only 3,58 + you pay in 5,64

BUT YOU WERE BLOCKED
Of course we can pay out you depozit 5,64 plus 3,58 if you pay in the Stryyke all the money that you won due to chip dumping
and we payed it out to you + all the money that our Users lost playin with you, while you were chip dumping!!!

But you received from stryyke 132,25 euro in 98% earned due to ''chip dumping '' playing poker.
And you payed in only 20,91 euro

What we can see here?

First:In Time period between 14.09.2007 -29.10.2007 i make 3 payouts via Bank Transfer-i win my money from freerolls,not from cash games-here i completely disagree.I think nothing unfair here.If you think that winnings are from chip dumping in freeroll you should stop the pAyout at the moment (14.09.2007-29.10.2007) not to looks like children who says ''You win,but give me my money.''

Second.In next period of time 21.12.2007-04.01.2008.

I win 40,35E (20E from freerolls again and 20.35E from cash games.
After this i win 50,75Euro from sportsbetting+5Eur Deposit MoneyBookers

And Finnaly If Stryyke.com want to be treated as a fair bookmaker who accept and comply with their own rules.

You should:

i agree stryke should not have published these records. altough they apparently desperately want to prove they are in the right, the way they do this seems unprofessional to me.

that being said, they did publish that e-mail and what appears to be a screenshot of some sort of fraud detection-program, and i don't think it makes you look good,
you don't have to defend your action to me ofcourse, but I'm trying to see who's good and who's bad here and I am curious whether you were really playing poker with "other" users on the same IP, as the program is telling us. if you were, the money was rightly confiscated imo.

also, blackmailing a book into giving you your money with the threat of going to all the forums does not seem very professional to me either (either you go to the forums to warn other users, or you don't go to the forums, using it as leverage in a dispute I think is not very classy behaviour), especially if the accusation of chipdumping is true (and it's difficult to believe stryke, or the poker-provider, would just make up data on same-ip pokerplay).

I agree u can share and include at the forum all my transactions,winnings(from freerolls and cash games,sportsbetting) and activity-transfers from poker <-> cashier,deposits,cashouts and bets.

Apparently you tried it, since you know all this. Anyway, Ongame said you were chipdumping, you deny it, there's no way to determine who's telling the truth. I don't want to defend Stryyke in any way, but I can somehow imagine if their regular poker provider tells them you cheated, they listen to them and lock your account. I see how Strykke might have incentive to keep your money (altough it's such a small amount, it's hardly the effort), but why would Ongame accuse you of anything without any proof?
Either way, isn't your dispute really with Ongame (I can imagine you want them to prove their case, perhaps the representative from Stryyke can pressure Ongame to release this data?), and not with Strykke? Based on what we know I don't really understand where Stryyke has gone wrong, except believing Ongame's word over your word.
