Having a license has nothing to do with having insurance. They'll be perfectly happy to get a license and drive around with no insurance. When the illegals outnumber the legals it is kinda hard to chase them down. Have you ever stepped on an ants nest? They just freak out and start running in all directions. Either round them up and deport them or make them legal with licenses. You can't have them in limbo for years. Don't they have Uninsured motorist coverage where you live. In Pennsyvania they do and I got it, not for illegals, but for the amish and mennonites clip clopping around in their horse and buggies while i'm ripping 75 in the back wood hill country. I almost run down several of them at night because they are only required to have a small red light that is almost unseeable until your with in 75 feet of making them road tar.
