The New SBR...I can see why John left
John didn't walk away, he ran. And with good reason. This was never meant to be a dating forum...it's sports people. Many decent posters have headed for door as well. You promised a decent handicapping forum and you gave us crap. Can't blame him for leaving.

SBR has gotten a lot busier and better it seems ever since Mofome joined here... lots of good info here. Tons of traffic now days and its on the way up thats for sure

SBR was a great place way before MO got here. . . Nothing against him, but I don't see how he has helped out SBR that much. He is a poster, just one of us.

I'll be the first to admit I don't know a lot about betting. And while I do enjoy sports, I am more of a football (especially college) and NASCAR gal. I like discussing them however, tis not the season

If you want to get that technical, then many of the Sports Picks in the Main Forum need to be moved to the NFL, NBA, Col BB forums. Yes, Donjuan--let's be consistent.
PS My site suggestion was about the two new forums so it was on point.

The Players Talk forum is more of a catch all forum though. The description is "Player Chat and General Discussion" which basically lends itself to anything. I think the mods are simply trying to ensure that anything in the Think Tank forum is valuable content and that discussions about whether or not forums should be merged should take place elsewhere.

Exactly.....I can't quite understand this relatively new perception that a bunch of people arrived and upgraded the forum. Is there some secretive Hall of Fame somewhere, maybe in Canton, where every now and then some God-like poster emerges from to save us commoners? Comical really.....

Johns plans to leave were over a year in the making. John still has ties to the business. there is a strict capping talk for those that want that, there is a general discussion for people to talk sports, gambling, and shoot the sh it. Im not sure what else someone could ask for really.
