    Default Pinnacle Phone #

I really need their 1800#. I know they don't like people posting it in forums, but if anyone has it please post it, and you can delete it afterwards.

I haven't been able to log in all day because of this password crap and they don't answer my emails.

    Thanks.

in case anyones wondering about why people are asking for this number, heres why:

Pinnacle Sports (SBR rating A+) requires ALL players to change their passwords. SBR receives multiple complaints that the new password system is too difficult. In a letter to SBR, Pinnacle explains that this is part of their ongoing security upgrades and strategy and was planned well in advance. It is both an attempt to secure their system as well as verify email addresses. The date was chosen as the best time due to the fact so many of Pinnacle clients wager on the Superbowl. Players need to be able to confirm the email account that they used to set up their account.

What gets me a little is the inconsistency. I came around this morning and saw the previous post (aje, maybe?) and looked through my e-mail for the one he got. Nothing. So I tried to login with my old password, and it just took me to a screen to change my password.

No complaints about how it worked out, but it'd be nice if everyone was having the same experience, instead of having to figure out what track they're on and whatnot.

I dialed that # for Pinnacle and I get a recording that says to e-mail them. I have e-mailed them several times with no response. Any other suggestions?

The recording said the Customer Relations Department is open from 8am-9pm PST. So if you cant get in, try that number again first thing in the morning.

But be sure to check the email you registered with at pinnacle. That Temp. Password email should be somewhere.

    Good to hear.

Im sure they are swapped with emails, so its probably taking longer then usual to get back to customers.
