Honestly the more I look at this bet I LOVE the OVER 19.5. Matt I just looked at the stats and.....


Since 1983 not including the strike year there has only been 2 seasons where a pitcher hasnt reached the 20 win mark.

1995 - Maddux and Mussina 19 wins each

2006 - Santana and Wang 19 wins each
