Australia possible too.
Getting citizenship legally won't be super EZ in another country, unless you have significant money.
If you have a million, you are pretty good to go.

Australia.
Can gamble anywhere (as in around the corner from your house), no taxes on gambling winnings, can set up an online account in any country and the Australian books deposit money same/next day direct to your bank account. The weather's good too if you're in the northern part of the country.

No more Neteller in Canada, used to have it, but it's gone. You can get Moneybookers in Canada instead, which is the same thing.
Also, gambling winnings are not taxed in Canada either.

My payment of choice is Moneybookers (Neteller equivalent), which I then use to deposit into my checking account through wire transfer.
There's also direct wire transfer from the sportsbook and check as well. I'm pretty sure you can pick up at **/** as well, but I've never tried it.

The Aussie government has been making some strong threats in regards to prohibiting online gaming. It'd have to be England or Canada for the English speaking countries.

Why is speaking English a requirement? I would rather be at a country where they don't tax online gambling winnings with a low cost of living and low taxes and they can speak whatever they want.

Wow, why would a country not tax gambling winnings? I mean, from a strategic political standpoint, most people don't gamble, so how hard could that be to pass? I looked into tax situations in other countries before and got scared by just about every First World country having higher taxes than the U.S. ... but I didn't think of researching specifically on gambling tax law. If I try to go into business with winnings, which I'll want to, guess I'd get hit hard then though, eh?
