    Alright I have a question for those that have BetJam as one of their books

    I was going to try to withdraw today and when I went to that cashier center it told me to call or email them because my customer information was not found in their system.

    Has anybody had this problem before? I wanted to make a withdraw today as I think you get one free one a month right?

    I sent them an email and its only been 3 hours but figured they would get back to me by then about difffernet withdraw options.

    Also curious what is easiest that you guys have already done as far as withdrawing? Thanks alot

    Did you call them? Yes, you get one free withdraw ever calender month.

    Nope they said call or email so I did email....I am going to call them though in about 15 minutes I have a feeling though Jan 31 at 5:30 EST is too late for this month, what do you think?

    Thats a question you will have to ask them, because I'm not sure of their cutoff time is off hand.

    Yeah they said it wont process till tomorrow

    Anyways also curious, do you have them as a book? They woman on phone was saying about a card that they put on the money and you can have withdraws I think 5 times a day or something for only $5.00 per transaction. I need to send copy of drivers license, do you know if this good idea? Seems like it just wondering how many other people have this card.

    I called the number and its fine, sucks though I missed my free withdraw for January so now next have to wait till March to withdraw.

    I heard about this card though woman said on phone do you have that brock?
