Anyone wanting to get a feel for it should likely read their FAQ.

In reading it I think it is a cool concept, but it seems like if you didn't know what you are doing you will have a tough time beating it. They allow software to feed plays into the system so if the market is big enough I could see guys easily picking off all the value using automation. Also the commissions aren't very clear, but it looks like they take quite a bit. The idea of being able to own team shares and get dividends when they win is quite cool, I am not sure that the juice is low enough for it to be fun, but I would love to hear from someone who has actually tried it.

Today, two months delay for my withdrawal. Interesting concept, but scammers.

I posted this at TheRX a few weeks ago when somebody asked:

It's worthwhile if it succeeds in it's aims (regulation, US or otherwise), it's not if it doesn't.

I have a free ride on it hitting big (I invested in it's very early days - corporate and "derivatives" -- and have cashed out what I invested plus a little more), so have a vested interest.

It's a catch-22 for me, you either invest now, and accept there's a high degree of risk with decent margin for return, or wait until it succeeds and take a much lower risk and consequentially less profit.

    It's (as I guess you know) a long-term market, not a per-event or similar.

There have been withdrawal delays, however from the only experience I can comment on, a cheque was received from them in the last couple of weeks. There are vocal supporters, and vocal detractors.

Thanks bigboydan, I wait one month more, and If I can't receive my money, I will contact with Assistance@SportsbookReview.com, but I think that a solution will be difficult. I have the impression that the withdrawals are congealed (my experience). The rare thing is that the payment that I solicit is ridiculous… What will happen when it requests 3000 or 5000 dollars?

In addition I have been so prudent and trusted, that I am more than two years registered and until this year I have not requested one dollar. The treatment that I have received in return is very bad.

Santo, The minimum that can be demanded to a company like ASM is payments in a prudent time. If ASM is a stock like a penny stock, I am in agreement with your exposition. But while it says that it is a exchange market of sport derivatives in which you can buy and sell shares to obtain benefits, I cannot be in agreement with you.

If I put money in Betfair, and next Betfair denied all my payments arguing that Betfair is a company with a great future and that they unilaterally decide to keep my money because it will be an excellent investment in the long term... everybody would think that they are swindlers...

    Regards.

As I said, I know that cheques have gone out to some people recently (I know two who have received them). I can't comment on other accounts obviously, but I do know that there have been some payments made, how they decided to whom I don't know.

That said my comment above referred to the "corporate" side of the company. It either succeeds, which would entail some form of regulation, or it fails.

I think the derivative side is inherently linked to the success of the corporate side, and I made my investment accordingly.

I put these guys on the same level as Betbrokers (also British). Both have something that they present as good, but it simply is not. The question is if these guys are failing, because they started gambling or are the expenses too high. Most likely both.

ASM aren't British, they're Costa Rican / American.

    Bad news:

    * The users no longer can leave messages in the forum (with the objective to prevent critics... I do not find another explanation reasonable)

    * The payments continue being delayed.

    * They continue being "system crashes" that makes disappear money and shares of some users. If many of these users do not notice these losses, all money and shares will be ASM property. I do not know if this is a strategy to obtain momentary liquidity taking advantage of confused and no vigilant users.
