My First Big Win!
Went to bet horses at Pocono Downs and played slots for an hour. After 30 minutes I decide to play 26 cent Wheel of Fortune. I played at one machine then moved to the next. After that machine I moved over. After going through $60 without anything I hit for $31,000. The funny thing is it didn't faze me. A lot of people were excited but I was cool as a cucumber. The funny thing is I'm going to pay off a lot of bills then I'll have enough to pay my truck off and get a flat screen. I want to get the money out so I'm not tempted to blow it. I want to make it seem like I never won yet get some burdens off my back.
What burns my ass is I tipped two slot attendants $100 EACH and a security guard $20 since they walked me out to my truck. Call me cheap but I could have used that for better reasons.

I agree w/ you 100%. I told my wife at first I only won $20,000, but I showed her the tax ticket w/ the amount. The cash will be all gone after the bills. I will make out w/ about
$2,000 to play w/ and a new flat screen. The rest will be used to pay the fricken bills. I thought about masking the amount but I showed her to set me straight and not **** things up. Helll I would have liked to throw $10 g's on the SB.

Dude, never tell the wife how much you win. It will bite you in the ass. I only report 10% of my winnings to wife and none of my losses.
Gongrats and make good use of the money like paying bills.

Thanks all. The funny thing is I had a plan. My plan was to play each Wheel of Fortunr game in the row (4) until I got one of the blasted bonus spins. When I got to the second machine I started sweating this guy who jumped on the machine next to me. he left and I jumped on a few minutes later.
In this case I had to tell my wife what was won just so I wouldn't f up. To me it is almost like a furlough. Money in, money out. Just like I only won a few thousand. It may suck in a couple of weeks but many bills will be paid. The sad thing is that this is probably only 1/10th of my gambling loses in my life.
