Do you guys know of any reputable books that offer open 16 point teasers for basketball. I thought betdon did, but they said they stopped allowing them. Thanks.

not sure about 16 point teasers, but mansion allows open parlays and teasers over the phone.

Problem is mansion doesn't allow us customers.

Not sure offhand who offers the 16pt teasers, however TheGreek will accept them over the phone 14pt teasers. Also, YouWager does offers a 8-10pt "Sweet Heart" Teasers (8pt'ers at 10-11 and 10pt'ers at 10-14).

They don't accept U.S. players at all Mofo. They stopped accepting U.S. players about a month or two after the new law went into place. Personally I feel it was mainly contributed to the funding options, but I can't confirm that at all.
