We ate rabbit when I was a kid. I want to kill one and eat it, they are all over the yard, but I'm too lazy. I don't feel like dressing it out and cutting it up.
How about squirrel, Mandy? I knew some good 'ol boys that ate squirrel. But, I guess you gotta kill a dozen of them to get a decent meal. Plus all the pain of dressing them out.
Coon? That's even more exotic. I knew a guy that tried it once, but he said it was stringy. I think I'd try bear meat before coon, and I'll eat about anything.
