I deposit yesterday. Played 1 game and lost, then tryed to log back in and it won't let me. Called Matchbook and they said some people are having problems as well and told me it will be done in a couple of hours. Waited 1 day, called again giving me the same BS excuse. I thought this book was trustworthy. BAD Customer service and missed all cbb games and nba games last night.

Sorry to hear you experienced some downtime sir. If you ever have those types of problems again while playing there. I suggest trying these two mirror sites they have in place for things of that nature.

NO the alternative url's do not work. I have been locked out for over a week now after making a bet that I won. They tell me their IT department is "looking" into it. This is terrible. Get things together matchbook you aren't a D or F book.

Sounds like a routing issue, as it works fine here.

If it's a routing issue, it's likely out of their control.

Soap I'm sorry to hear of your experience...but I've used them almost every day for at leat a year now and I can count on one hand the times I've had log-in problems or the site wasn't available.

Matchbook's web site is fine for me...however still waiting for that Canadian bank check to clear three weeks later.
