They have definately been playing better of late than they have all year. If Gilbert comes back and doesn't try to dominate the ball and just fits in to their current team they should be pretty tough, if he goes back to his old ways it could hurt their overall chemistry. Guys like Butler and Jamison have to continue to play at their current level and not take a back seat once he comes back.

as for the question, they are less talented but they are a team. they get into their offense. hopefully gilbert recongizes this and he'll help them do the same. the wiz are unbelievably talented when blatche and young are playing well, he needs to let everyone get the ball and settle for 19/20 ppg instead of 29. the wiz have a loaded roster with gilbert in there.

well cmon lets be realistic talent wise.... no way. chemestry wise, i say so. That team needs some1 like a kidd or a nash, that can dish the ball out to jamison or butler each nite. I think they should ship 0 out to seattle for maby delonte petro, wally, and prob a first round pick. Use wally as a bench player or move caron as the 2 gaurd. They could use their 2 picks an pick up 2 solid defenders with hi upside.
