i deposit 35 euro (25+10) with neteller (33.63 in my account)
i bet at mexico uruguay uruguay with 5.6
After this i can not find the bet in my account- open bets.
I send email before the game (2 times)

i try again to contact with live chat (very slow and very bad contact)
i try 2 times but not resolve my case

you have to make a formal complaint with sbr, if you havent already, so that sbr can contact them on your behalf and find out what is wrong

Bestake has mugged 1000's of Euros with their "Click here to bet your balance on a 6-team parlay" scam. They are broke. This is probably just another move on their part to steal money.

Sorry, your money is gone, you will most probably not see it. Bestake ran away with the players money. Do a search for "bestake" on this forum and read for yourself. Consider yourself lucky if you've only been stiffed for 35 Euros
