Default BetonStars reports that they will be current with players this evening.

For those of you who have asked about BetonStars, I am told the wire has just hit and those waiting for payouts will have their funds today.

John promised a call back so hopefully good news is around the corner.

John or Johnny? There seems to be two of them.

John is the one offering updates to SBR. Johnny is not in the office.

That means some people were stalled as much as two weeks. It shouldn't be news when a book pays its customers on demand, that's what they are supposed to do.

When a book says they will catch up on Monday what they are many times saying is that if they have a good weekend they will catch up. This looks like the case here. Sunday was just mediocore for most books hence; payouts need to be stretched.

I think you have this one pegged. The call was supposed to come yesterday and wouldn't you know it, John is off until Friday. There were a few 4 figure payouts but they are living paycheck to paycheck.

Thanks Bill- You're getting a little slow. You had them D+ when I blew the whistle on them. Time to get your nose down to the grindstone. Is it a coincidence that every time that John is away you're two steps behind the others when you are normally ahead of the pack. Also if you and John ever leave at the same time again don't put that Dave in charge. It goes to his head.

And as much as I would like to give out a bunch of credit on who predicted 1st the problems for BetOnStars, the fact is anyone can call a new book to have trouble and they will be right more than half the time.

The lesson is to just say NO to new sportsbooks. Anyone who tells you to join a new sportsbook make a mental note of.

Raiders bragging about warning players? Now that's irony at it's finest, LOL. You mean like the Players book that you got involved with and took everyone down with? Or ASAP, when everyone knew there was trouble and you came out attacking the sources and trying to protect your investment? Too many more to even try and mention. You and AK are the two biggest jokes in offshore right now. I know, tell me you think I owe someone a debt from 2003 in response. You are wrong but either way I am not here shilling for these shit books trying to get paid. You're a joke Raiders.

Irish- Remember your podium speech when you had tears running down your face because you sold your buddies down the drain? That was an all time classic. I'll look it up later.

You stiffed a guy 50k and it's a well known fact. I offered you the chance to have an online chat to discuss what happened. DM was at a chat but you never showed.

What's funny is that you claimed that your nephew got a hold of your ID and password. You said that he made the bets so he's responsible. I guess if he won you wouldn't have taken the winnings since you didn't place the bets.

I'm sure that every time the door bell rings you hide under the bed and let the wife answer it. You're the biggest stiff on the forums.

    Podium speech by Irish:

"I belong to a poker group. Some of the members have been getting their feet wet in playing off-shore. They wanted a recommendation for a cheap place to play, something like reduced vig as like most poker players they are cheap. At the time NAB was offering reduced vig (-105) on football and a bonus. Plus I was playing there myself at the time so I recommended them to this group.

To make a long story short the book went down. All of these people I have known for years lost their money. It made me sick to my stomach what I did. I NEVER RAN FROM IT OR BLAMED ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN MYSELF FOR MY PART IN IT! I stood up at the podium and told them the truth, McIrish made a mistake. One of the toughest things I have ever had to do. Some of these men were older and I could see the hurt and confusion in their faces when I told them. Though it was honest and not intentional I should have known better and it bothered me deeply what I did. I lost money myself but that was the least thing on my mind. I wish to this day I had the smarts to put them in a safe book like Olympic that had been around but I didn't.

Back on the board room I talked of this and asked for help on how to handle it leading up to the days of the meeting with the poker people. I even mentioned I didn't sleep for days leading up this and how shitty I felt. These were my friends and family whom trusted me that I let down. Trust me it's not a good feeling."

Dan- You remember this. You were going to moderate the chat and Irish backed out. BTW if you ever have a chat here at SBR Dan should moderate it.

    ----------------

I hate when a stiff like McIrish falsely accuses me so here's some background. Irish was the head mod at the RX. I use to talk to him on the phone once in a while.

He actually had me believing his BS story about the 50k that he didn't owe so I asked him if he wanted a chat and he said yes. Dan was going to moderate the chat.

Irish never showed up at the chat and I found out later that Irish did stiff a guy for 50k and the rumor is that Shrink paid off the debt.

What? I am sure you think this is mudslinging of some sort but what are you proving with this other than you are an idiot? I admitted it, I was asked about a book for a poker group who was interested in reduced juice (NAB) and I ended up putting them in a stiff book. You bet I felt awful, they trusted me and I unintentionally screwed them over. As I have told you though once I started at the RX and made a few contacts I more than made up for every single dollar these people lost. Lesson learned.

I must be missing something, I just don't see why you think this makes me look bad? I made a mistake, owned up to it and eventually fixed it. On top of that I learned a lesson I won't repeat again. Apparently looking at the stiff books you have endorsed publically without shame it's a lesson you are either incapable of learning or the money is too good for you to stop.

I don't know how many times I have to repeat it but no one ever got stiffed from books that I recommended that asked me for help.

Bill or John can you jump in and confirm that Irish stiffed a guy for 50?

LOL. I thought about it when I made the first post, I know from experience what happens when you make a post like that towards Raiders. Dude goes on full blown tilt and will stalk, harrass and obsess over me for the next month at least. Maybe longer because there will be some McIrish haters that are surely going to encourage him to continue. It's almost funny to see the meltdown if you have never seen it before, I really believe he has mental issues of some sort. That is for real. Over at the RX he got obsessed over Kodiak and he was banned probably 50 times, just could not let it go. He would beg to be allowed back and do the same thing over and over again. Came up with new screen names and anything else he could to "win" the wars he envisions himself in once someone questions him on something. I don't even know the guy, I just think it's pathetic him shilling these shit books to newbie posters in hopes of making a buck off them. Anyway no big deal here, if he's attacking me for a while it will give others a rest. Radiers knows this is a popular subject and he wants to be on the right side and impress some people, that is why he kept bringing it up until I finally responded to him. He hopes by bashing me it will finally bring him some support and credibility again.

OMG, HOLD ON!! RAIDERS YOU JUST HAD A POST ON YOUR SITE!!!! Congrats. Oh never mind, it was just a moderator posting again. LOL. Must not be a big demand for two bit scam artists to open up their own forum heh? 'Nuff said.

Your not even worth replying to anymore. I've never used a ghost and I told you to F off about coming back to the RX. Also do you remember the time when you asked me to be on the board room at the RX and I said no. Your stories aren't even worth my time anymore. You wanted to be a writer or you may still be one. Continue on with your fiction.

Since when did bailing out people (only those who asked you to) remove any blame from someone? You almost suffered heart failure as you ran around hysterically blasting the RX and other forums when they had books that went under. You never said if they bailed out players who came to them and asked then it was all fine and dandy? Must be a new policy now since you are doing it huh? Funny how someone's point of view changes once they make their way over to the feeding trough.

It's simple Raiders, the watchdog industry should be about promoting the top books and letting folks who lack real experience offshore know the difference. When you lead people to shit books because you got a sheet in at the place or making ad revenue etc.... than what you are doing is wrong. I think even in PanAm you pushed yourself to the front of the line so you could get paid contest winnings while other people lost their real money. Regardless of how much you try and deflect issues over to me you will never have any credibility in this industry, EVER.

You and these other bottomfeeders are making a joke of these sites, you're trying to at least. Thank GOD for places like this one, the RX and a few others who keep your kind on a tight leash.

Yeah that is one worth framing, you will obsess over me for the next few months at least. I don't care nothing about you Raiders, it's just deplorable how out in the open guys like you are AK are these days. People don't always call you out because they know the reaction they will get, as a result you are still fooling a few people around these places. Granted not many judging by the popularity of your forum, but even one is one too many. Why not just grow up and quit trying to lead people to the slaughter while playing all these little games you guys get involved in? Is the busboy/waiter business really all that bad you need to scam people in these forums?

Thats the problem with coming into a thread late... that be a lot of reading right there.

You guys trying to out do me and russ??

I'd say none of us here on these gambling forums are saints(cept maybe bill). I'm not a big fan of rehashing things from years gone by but so be it.

At least you both agree to avoid BetOnStars so there is some common ground right there...Amen PTL
