Anyone know of a source that gives the start time for second halves of different events? E.g. when NFL/NCAAF second halves of normal games started?

No records for that, as far as I know. Maybe in the near future all games will be on file in digital format, with a time stamp build in. The technology is available, so why not use it?

If John happens to see this thread, and the fundng is available, to maybe implement a software that utilizes a mix of the best features from the btp contest software, sbrlines software, and bds' message board sports record tracking software for signatures. Illusion would then double check the numbers, and make it official. It's a beautiful concept, and a way that would improve SBR as the leading handicapping site, which it seems John and Bill are trying to do with the many upgrades to the site. How is anyone going to be able to bullshit on records when your picks automatically go into your signature? Or when the option to pick a game disapears as a selection, how would someone even be given the ability to past-post? From what I see, Ganch is a very good programmer. He can easily implement these ideas to the board, instead of going the expensive route with something like Covers has with Wagerline. I posted this is another thread, but I don't know if anyone saw it.

I've gotten bets in after the start of a game/half/quarter by 10-30 seconds and I won some and lost some but I never had an issue with any of them...
