Default Early plays on the Super Bowl??

I expected the Seahawks to be favored. Pittsburg seems way too happy just to have upset a couple of teams. I wouldn't be surprised to see this line nosedive before the week is up.

No matter who you like, its probably a good time to wait and see where this sucker is going.

I suspect weight will lean on Pittsburgh. They have had the more impressive playoff run and the AFC has been universally considered the better half throughout the season. Even if Pittsburgh were the absolute worst team to ever make it to the SB, you know their fanbase would still be pumping their line. They have the largest base of any organization and the SB is the biggest square bet of the year. I said it before, if you like Pitt and you have Pitt-3 then you have the best you're going to get bar injury.

You can buy it down to -3 at CRIS minus 35 cents. The drop down menu at Pinny has -3 at minus 37 cents.

Seahawks +3.5 for me too....I think that "young Ben" can't handle the big pressure as good as the far more experienced Hasselback....

Line may go as high as 5.5 setting up for another Black Sunday if the books get middled.

The public will be all over Pitt. Pitt has all the Super Bowl rings. Roth and Bettis are huge stories and Cowher has all the playoff appearances and the great expressions.

Nobody wants to be holding a losing ticket when Bettis is shedding tears of joy and talking about going to Disneyworld. Tough for the fan to bet against the story lines in this one. Maybe that's why the line is where it is.

    I like Seattle.

it's still way to early for me to cap this. because, we have 2 weeks of trash talking and injury reports to sift thru first.

My betting has been extremely limited the last couples weeks. What is the consensus on what side the public will bet anyone have any early info from books or square friends?

Sportsbook.com are showing 56% Pittsburgh & 44% Seattle on sides, 51%/49% on the ML.

Carib are showing a near enough 50/50 split over 793 bets.

Books out here are bouncing between 4 and 4.5. I expected teh 'hawks to be favored in this one to, but all the story lines are with Pittsburgh. Along with them beating two of the better teams in the NFL. So thats probably why they have them favored.

Im leaning toward the Seahawks if I bet the big game. Still have to wait on all the bullshit that happens in the coming weeks.

    Public will be on Pittsburgh.
    Sharps will be on Seattle.

Books will be praying for Seattle to win SU.

    I have a position on Pitt-170 already.
I will be on the Seattle spread just before gametime.

My opinion on the progression of the teams during the next two weeks will determine how hard I lean on Seattle. Right now I am seeing a lot of value in a Seahawks pick.

i think the chances of the line moving upward are greater than downward.i also believe pitt-3.5 will not be around much longer.mansion has best price at pitt-3.5-104.sunday i was waiting for seattle-3.5 to disappear and it didnt go to -4 or better till late.also believe pitt benefits from east coast(population center) backers.i guess i also bought into analysis that pitts defense will be tough to run against, then they will bring the house on long passing downs.should be a good game-good luck

Smart man. Let me remind everyone that Illusion is making picks like he's an insider as of late. Somebody should check his Neteller account to see if he's making member to member transfers to Paul T.

Illusion, he's so hot right now.
