If you have a problem with a sportsbook SBR will try to help you out. Yet if you have a problem with them there is no one to help you.


No matter how many times you send them PM's they just go unamswered for a week. Then get a reply we will check on it and then nothing again.

I can understand a mistake but when it is repeated over and over it is pretty unprofessional. Do not know why they keep ignoring me but maybe someone will read this and check on my question.

I'm sorry you've had recent problems with SBR.

Did you fill out the complaint form? We have clear procedures on how complaints are handled, and they always start with the complaint form. If you send a pm and that person is away or on vacation, you won't hear back for awhile.

Bill Dozer assigns complaints to different mods. He never takes vacation (I think his contract doesn't allow it). so if you haven't used the form, do so... We try our best to resolve these complaints.

I had sent one to the Prick, Willie Bee, Ganchrow, and SBRJohn since they were the 4 that have been involved with this matter. The reason I posted it this way was maybe someone would at least take the time to at least answer the main question I have about it. Time will tell.

Pokernut, you sent me a PM last Wednesday while I was traveling home from company meetings; I answered you on Thursday. I also passed along your correct address, as I told you I would. So as far as your claim that we're ignoring you, well, your nobody hears my cries act just doesn't wash with me.

The check that was sent out has not been returned yet, at least as far as I knew on Friday afternoon. Monday morning, I will check again on the damn thing again. Not really a whole lot I can do about banking and US Postal issues beginning at 11 or so on a Saturday night, even less at this time on a Sunday morning.

Appreciate your input on SBR's rating; as you know the best input we get on any sportsbook or revew service is from the players themselves. I'll pass it along to the boys down in accounting and the A&R Department that you are less than satisfied with their efforts.

Fist of all Willie it is not a postal problem. It is employees that can not read or type an address. The first time the address was incorrect twice and 2 other people double checked and missed it. After giving a heads up on the last check the person either dropped the ball and did not pass on the correct info or all the parties involved screwed up again. Once again they all double checked it and missed it again. So you call that bullshit ? Sounds like a lot of people that dont know shit to me.

And passing it on to the Prick does no good as I mentioned in my earlier PM's. And 3 days later no one can tell me anything. So do you really think my accusations are off base?

Using the excuse nothing I can do at 11:00 at night is lame when you had all day Thursday or Friday but you knew that already.



Also if you read the original post it say's my PM's went unanswered for a week(that is how long I had waited on the Prick to answer) , then I sent 4 out to Mods including you and that is when I got the reply I will check on it. I did not remiss your reply as it was stated in the original post.

First of all you have no clue on the whole story. I gave them ample time to reply to my questions and they ignored it. To put it in the forum finally got someones attention.

Classless is ignoring someone's question when all they had to do is give me an answer which they failed to do. I believe 2 weeks with no reply is a little lame.

Classless is a mod slamming me when he is wrong on all accounts.

And as far as I am concerned I care less what you think .

SBR is a FREE site - you pay nothing and no one can argue that you receive exactly what you pay for - in fact you receive more considering anyone at all is showing you any attention

Sometimes a little patience will go a long way. We sent checks to about 125 guys this year in the BTP contest in many different countries.

Occasionally a mistake will be made and a check will not reach the recipient. But we will make it right.

Sorry to hear we are a D or F. I would avoid the BTP contest next year until SBR can get their rating up.
