That would be Donald Brashear, and he should have been the LAST guy to take a shot in the shootout! I can't believe he was the 9th shooter to shoot. He should be just behind the back up goalie in the shooting order.

Is this correct Donald Brashear, the hentch man got the game winner in a shootout. The opposing goalie must have been on the bench or taking a chug of gatorade during his shot attempt. i bet he's gonna hear that one for a while from his teammates.

Brashear didn't score the game winner, in fact his attempt was laughable! I was just surprised that he was as high up in the shooting order as he was. You think you'd be looking at someone, anyone to shoot before this guy!

No kidding.....Could you imagine being one of the 10 or so guys who Brashear was selected ahead of? I imagine you'd be having some serious self-esteem problems today, and will continue to have them for quite some time.
Years from now, you'd be greeted with: "Hey, I know you. Aren't you one of those guys who shot after Donald Brashear?"

I would have thought they would tell brashear to go to the showers during a shoot out. Maybe he was supposed to give the goalie a upper cut or something to soften him up for the next guy.
