Default Bicep Tendonitis

Anyone ever have it? I think i have it, b/c i been lifting alot the past couple months. It hurts on one side esp in the deep bicep and hurt by the elbow joint. My buddy i work out with said it definately is and i need to take at least 3 weeks off from lifting or it'll get alot worse. I have a pretty nice base as of right now but wanted to get bigger. Now i guess i can works strictly on cardio and get more cut up. Anyone have any stories or advice?

I have had it. Get some HGH and all will be well. You will be sidelined for a few days rather than 3 weeks.

chris, nothing wrong with a couple weeks off to let your muscles and CNS recover. I take 2 weeks off every 12 weeks as I train very intensely. Just eat lots of quality protein, get a lot of sleep and drink lots of water. Go easy on the cardio during your hiatus. The key to getting cut up is lifting heavy plus maintaining a good diet.

I have just started to hit the pavement to try and loose some excess fat as I am a very big unit!

The problem is I started to Jog and only got 25 metres before i was gasping for air the neigbourhood kids started to laugh I then walked about 500 metres but had to call a cab to get home. I then had chafing when I got home I got stuck into the beer to sooth my pain.
