As far as the rating on these two books goes. I have nothing to do with the rating here at SBR at all, so that would be a question that would best answered by Mr.Dozer or SBR John.
I've never played at either of these two casinos you mentioned above. However, I do know that
Begawin &
Goldvictory a rather new books licensed in Malta, and are part of the Swedish turnkey provider Net Entertainment. The one thing I'm not sure of is who the operators of Begawin are at this time, because they prefer to remain anonymous.
