All games last 40 minutes, unless there is overtime, or are you thinking of something else?

Your correct in theory sir. However, there are sometimes exceptions to that rule, ala shortened games. For example weather delays, power outages, and other stuff of that type of nature.

Doubt there have been any weather delays in ncaa basketball

Anyway you can find minutes played on ESPN.com under team stats, just find how many minutes each player has played, and in that column the team total is minutes played this season

They just had a game the other day Ppd. due to weather actually. However, I'm not sure if a make up date has been schedule yet or not though.

Yes New Hampshire's game was postponed, but that wouldnt account for an odd minute total, since the game wasnt played... and they never stop games in the middle of it

Sure they stop them in the middle of them sir. I can't think of an NCAA example off the top of my head, but they wouldn't have this rule at BetJamaica if it doesn't happen.

College basketball games are official after 35 minutes of play. Shortened games constitute no action and all wagers are refunded.

Yes they CAN stop them, but I can not think of any, off the top of my head, where it has happened

Power outages, tornados, roof troubles (ie caving in from snow) are really the only ways I could see it happening...
