Sure they stop them in the middle of them sir. I can't think of an NCAA example off the top of my head, but they wouldn't have this rule at BetJamaica if it doesn't happen.
College basketball games are official after 35 minutes of play. Shortened games constitute no action and all wagers are refunded.
