Default Good things come to the right team.

Giants laid it on the line the last week of the season to try and end the Pats unbeaten season. They had no reason to play players since they had no bye week and had to go on the road the 1st game. They played their starters the entire game and go on to win 2 in a row. Congrats Giants

On the other hand the Cowboys and Colts played teams fighting for playoffs and they rested their starters and gave the Vikings and Browns no chance. Both these teams had bye weeks coming up and their 1st game at home. They showed no respect for the integrity of the game and they are 1 and done.

Not only is it good Karma, but if a team needs momentum it is the Giants. They play very well when they get rolling, but they also frequently play like total garbage. They needed that game to show to themselves they could compete on that level and that boosted their confidence to the point of being able to beat anyone in their way to the rematch. I like them next week against GB as well.

Good point. NYG used week 17 to turn it up a few notches. IND decided to rest on their laurels. Each got what they deserved.
