I used to drink lots of coke. Now I'll have like Sprite on occasion, usually over the weekend. Most days I'm just drinking water and nothing else, maybe Gatorade.
Ice cold Sprite is way more refreshing than coke.
coke but now might try Sprite

I drink a 6 pack a day of diet pepsi and a regular Coke for a total of 6.In the summer I go about 50/50 where 3 are diet Pepsi and 3 are regular Coke.Regular Pepsi and diet Coke are ok but I just prefer diet Pepsi and regular Coke.Pepsi One is even better than diet Pepsi but some stores don't stock it and some sale specials don't include Pepsi One.

Coke/pepsi all soda is bad for you anyway. Drink it here and there or when you're pigging out, as a daily beverage it is no good.
People would drink urine if it were packaged and marketed correctly.
That said, I prefer Coke.

Sham, yup, that's what they say about diet cola where it's a diarhetic ''spelling?''where you think by drinking diet cola it cuts down on calorie intake but in the long run it makes you eat more. You just can't win with anything.hehe!
Then they say that diet cola does a number on your bones where it eats away at them. Some people lose memory and get other mind and seizure problems from it but I think with all this stuff it hits a small percentage of people and it gets overblown.I know nutrisweet is a chemical and it probably isn't good for you in any case but you have to live a little dangerously and throw caution to the wind.If your life's mission is to worry about stuff, the worrying will kill you.hehe!Don Rumsfeld is actually the guy that helped get Nutrisweet through FDA approval if you can believe that one?
I'm no alcoholic by any means and like my beer and behave myself when getting sloshed but we have a couple famous sportswriters in the twin cities that I read and listen to on the radio and they were bigtime alcoholics and now both drink about 15 cans of diet cola a day. They claim it's an alternative craving that allot of alcoholics replace booze with.

Pepsi is too sweet. I like the the extra bite that Coke has, even if disolves raw meat. How about Sprire vs. 7-Up vs. Sierra Mist ? Anybody remember the bald Caribbean guy on TV for 7-Up "the Un-Cola" ?
