The last report I remember reading about Internet1x2 was this:

Internet1x2 (SBR rating D+) tells SBR a wire to player owed $3,500 since November has been sent. Internet1x2 blames miscommunication with the player. There are no other withdrawal complaints pending.

Getting some money is a start. I have noticed certain books limit moneybookers to $750 (justbet for one). Maybe you got caught up in a limit issue with them. GL in retreiving the rest of it.

I have sent a few e-mails ( from 2 differents email adresses) to info@jaxx.com. Unfortunately I have no received any answer from Jaxx support.
