Philippines. You can get a young lady to clean your pipes all night, iron your clothes and cook your breakfast for $10.
Or....at least, that's what I've heard...

Trust me Thailand doesnt play with weed i'd buy from a local but wouldnt even think about growing there. Oh and Pico i think you live in Cali and im a cali med patient your not going to get anywhere near the quality of cali just to let you know so you dont get your hopes up. Most brown seeded weed but its still weed. Thai baht was 42 baht to the dollar when i lived there now i think its in the low 30s ouch but still a great place to retire all the old 50+ guys from the EU with their 20 something bar girls looked very happy. If you could get your bankroll to about $40,000 to $50,000 you could live well in thailand on 1% bets you could rent a big house near the beach for around 10,000 baht utilitys not much at all food is 100 baht a meal unless your drinking beer or eating at a tourist restaurant then it gets expensive. transportation on a tuk tuk or scooter is cheap scooter rental is the way to go. Things are really cheap there. Try to live like a Thai and your $$$ will last along time.

I like flowers. I don't think I would move some where for them though. Are you an expat or are you from Panama? I have found alot of info on getting residency and it seems pretty easy compared to most places. If you are an expat can you recomend any law offices that are hassle free? thanks
