Default McNamee lied in Rape investigation?

According to documents released Tuesday, detectives believe Brian McNamee lied to them during an investigation of a possible rape in Florida in 2001.

Police said Brian McNamee denied having sex with a possibly drugged woman in a hotel pool, even though security guards and other witnesses said they saw him. GHB was found at the scene, and McNamee refused to submit a saliva sample for DNA analysis, the documents said. The incident apparently led to McNamee's termination from the Yankees in 2001, but Roger Clemens went on to hire him as his personal trainer anyway. If damaging McNamee's credability was the goal here, mission accomplished. It certainly doesn't make Clemens look any better, though. Jan. 8 - 6:52 pm et

This guy is starting to sound like a real scumbag. You work for the Yankees and you still need to drug a chic into submission?

For all we know Clemens is telling the truth. What he said made some sense,"guilty until proven innocent."

ok first of all the only person who gives players a shot is the actual team physician. It can null and void your contract.

Also, if I worked for the yankee's even as a bat boy or a janitor I would still get pussy for wearing my yankees' gear. But raping someone cmon... you only rape bitchez and don't get caught... you don't go and get interviewed by the police... Thats like pulling a JJ....

Thats what I'm saying. You just have to rock your Yankee gear. Hang out with a player or two and you have p!@#sy dripping off you like sweat.

    ....
Yes, he would get a shot by the team physician if it was legal and legit and not against MLB, NCAA, NFL,etc. rules like a pain killer or cortisone, etc. However, if you wanted to get a cc or two of Androgenic anabolic steroids then you'd get your trainer or training partner to give it to you because it would be on the downlow then. Because more than likely you were both doing it.

Sal Fasano worked for the yankees, and I don't think they make drugs strong enough that would entice a woman to sleep with him.
