    true. after what they did to marty ball, i can't see how norv would be able to keep his job...

    SD should go after cowher although he says he is not coaching next year..i'd offer cowher more $ than he can imagine.

    The owner is going to let the GM coach next year. Follow the lead of the Knicks , that has worked well.
