How can you even be serious about the lawsuit? Noboby told you to wager thousands of dollars, or for that matter hundreds. Period. If you feel that that this site is for you then just leave. If SBR will give you a penny than he is a bigger fool than you.

Dude get a clue, there is NO lawsuit nor will there ever be.
I want in on the class action, but only on the theory that SBR needs to compensate me for my losses and may not share in the games I've won thanks to the analysis of certain sharps here. The wins are my responsibility but the losses are totally SBR's fault.

That's just it, buztah, I went to lunch yesterday with my attorney from the Rabinowitz, Rabinowitz, Rabinowitz & The Seven Savage Jews firm. We were discussing some other things I've got going on right now, like how to sue Mother Nature for screwing up my tomatoes last year and letting bees pollinate my designer heirloom beauts with non-heirloom gametes.
Anyway, I brought this up to my attorney and he said it could turn into a windfall for SBR and that it's probably in our best interest to encourage the lawsuit. Sure enough, I went back and did a little research last night and according to my early numbers we have about 80% of the posters on this site winning according to their claims, not losing like JJ. The fees we're due from posters like Flamers, Dr. Phil and John Layfield are staggering. The one downside is we have a bunch of posters outside the US and they'll be hard to go after. But some, as I understand it, are currently planning visits to the US and it won't be much of a problem to tip the DOJ off on their arrival and have them snatched up.
