Detroit will shut down the Celtics big 3 and turn this lull of a game into a snoozefest that they will dominate. Look for Tayshaun to be in the groove and dominate the boards. This line should be at -6 so this line is a gift. Allen is tired already and Garnett has never played well against that D' in Detroit. This is a easy win tonight JJ, your on the right side. No worries.

Boston lacks the steel resolve of the Pistons (and Spurs). You can't have softness or sweetness and be a NBA champ these days. Boston will turn into the Suns of the East. Slim and none is what playoff experience the "Big Three" have. Garnett while talented is overrated and Allen is a streaky player. Pierce is a solid player and does what is needed to win. Can't say that about hs cohorts. Look how deep the benches are and that will be the short tail of the tape tonight.

I remember reading the postgame articles after the first time they played.

Boston was devastated they loist. I remember thingking "wow, this is a team that doesnt take losses lightly"

I thought they would come out strong and I knew that Memphis game the night before had 'trap' written all over it.

i think its funny how you guys say this and that. if you watch basketball, you know allen pierce and garnett can str8 ball it up. doesnt matter who they are playing against they will get theirs. I have never seen a team shut down any of these guys in a game. bottom line is both these teams are cash cows right now. we should ride them out till they hit losing streaks. this game could of went either way. no one is predicting anything in a game like this. just flip a coin that is your best bet. i just took boston cause of the points.
