    Default Neteller is Down

    This is my major problem with these guys. It happens too often. Many times they will still deduct money from your account once they come back online yet you will find that the funds are not where ever it was you were trying to send them. Then you waste even more time contacting them to correct the situation. If you aren't on top of your financial situation then the money just stays in limbo.

    Down at least 10 minutes now. It's 12:37PM EST and I have received nothing from them stating their system will be experiencing downtime.

    Back up. They were down for 15 minutes. Now we get to see how much is screwed up because of it...

    They always have isolated problems. It has gotten better recently.

    Just a small warning about Neteller, if you are doing transfers to a friend, do not do it from your same computer. They'll shut down both accounts and once, it was held up for 4-5 days even after both of us spoke to the investigations manager.

    Actually, it seems that it has gotten better. I still don't think it should happen as often as it does.

    I should've listened to my own tip after the first time. It happened two times after that (but those times, our accounts were opened back up right after the phone call), but they warned us not again, or they are closing the account permanently, lol.

    Now that's just bullshit. I can't wait for a more professional option to come along. I hate that "liveperson" software they have running in the background all the time. They track absolutely every click you make. Soon a real bank is going to come along and take all of Neteller's marketshare. I won't cry.
