    Default Does Vince Young starting effect your SD/TN play?

    im on sd and i prefer young as the titans starter.

    It did not effect my play. I think either QB they use rates about the same.

    I personally like Tennessee. Seems like an over adjusted price, and I think its a MAJOR coaching edge with Fisher over Turner. I see a close game myself.

    Yes, should be -7.5 with Kerry, -10 with Young

    Kerry is an average passer! C+

    As a passer Kerry is 1.45 level better than Young

    I am all over Tenn. +10 right now. I follow the titans closely and can tell you this, these teams really dont like each other. Tennessee will have the best defender in the league for LT (aka albert haynesworth) and will make rivers win, which he will but not easily. Like the under in the game too.

    Collins is a garbage QB but as all backups he tends to get hot when called on to enter the game. If the guy was really that consistent and productive he wouldn't be riding a bench. In this case, you're right you should prefer VY when backing SD, because VY is banged up, younger (makes poorer decisions), doesn't pass the ball as well.

    Hows haynesworth hammy doin? If he was 100% i like tenn. But i thought he re-injured himself a week ago or so?

    Playoff game...

    If the Titans can stop the run, which they usually do with Haynesworth in there, you're asking an awful lot of Philip Rivers. Think this one is a sloppy game anyway so I'm staying away, good luck to you.

    Good call on Fisher as well, remember when he took mncnair and a very underrated running game/defense on a streak that only fell short by one yard to the Rams in the super bowl a few years back. That team reminds me of this one, because only one thing needs to happen for the titans to become very dangerous, and that is if Vince you can turn on some rose bowl magic and step up in the first playoff game of his career.

    tn blew a 17-3 lead, at home, vs sd a few weeks back. tn has certainly shown they can play with sd.

    Lised as probable..he hasnt been the same last few games

    Huge difference maker...biggest difference maker on the team.

    Doesnt matter who is QB with him hurt or not 100% biggest factor weighing against Titans

    I like SD myself. The team seems to be playing on all cylinders and out to prove early season lows were just a fluke.

    Scorpy, all you need is a RB that can hit the holes that are created by the O-line...IMO Tenn has the O-line to dominate this game.

    FWIW every single sharp layed the points when this game opened

    Tenn has got to be one of the worse teams to ever make the playoffs. Laying 10 in the NFL is not going to make anyone but the bookies money in the long run. But this is a short run, I like SD.
