I'd say it's whatever works for you. Sometimes you see something and know to jump on it right away, and sometimes you make plays later in the week as you do more analysis.
10-15 minutes is all you need, it all comes down to luck anyway.

I find myself getting up at 3:30 to 4:00 in the morning everyday now to scout the games and find SOMETHING. I normally crunch numbers until 6-7 o'clock or until I'm so sick of looking at them that I want to throw up. I have a good time doing it, but it gets exhausting after hour #2 is up.
