Ok, first off Gabe they're infractions. Refraction has to do with the way light bends or veers off as its velocity changes or its path of travel is disrupted.

Secondly, the system is set up to hopefully allow for more consistency, one of the things that many, you included, have been complaining about. It's also there to allow for any mod on duty to nip spammers in the bud when they come on the site pushing their shoes and bowl picks.

And lastly several of the posters here deserve to be treated like they were still in grade school.

I received a well deserved warning from Illusion. Not sure if it's the same as an infraction.

My point is that there have been so many welcomes and shout outs in past days, which dominate the front page. You combine this with our regular amount of fluff and very little is left for Sports related threads. Is it too much to ask people to use their PM option when calling out just 1or 2 peeps.
