Not in $$$. Baseball and it's fan-gear makes the most money of any professional sport by far. And, try and get someone in the US to pay anywhere from $85 to thousands of dollars to watch a soccer match

Better is relative I would agree but let's be straight here... Most of the world could not understand football if they tried.. People here have been watching it for years and still have no idea on the x's and o's although it's getting better..

I talk x's and o's to my dad (he also thinks soccer is king) who has been watching football for 30 years and he looks at me like I am explaining differential equations to him...
