    Smile Online Blackjack...a screenshot

i think i have posted this picture before. this is a screenshot for one of the hands on pinnacle blackjack. here is the setup for the picture. i got a 20, dealer got 7 showing. i hit and got 21, dealer lost with 19.

now a sober person would stayed with 20...that means the dealer would get the ace and beat my 20. that is the only time i hit on a 20. i quit playing after that hand because i don't know what the hell i was doing.

About as smart of a statement as one could make.

i am pretty proud of that win though. imagine getting this hand in vegas. i encountered some dealer who refuse to give me extra cards when i have something above 16...i had to yell at them to give me extra cards. for some reason, when i play at the table long enough with the perpentual shuffle machine, i can sense when bunch of low cards are coming.

That's awesome, you must have felt pretty good at the time.

The last time I won at online blackjack was over a year ago, I don't play much. I remember trying to get a feel for the patterns, betting real small.. Then got a good vibe, inhaled, bet $500 and was dealt a 20 and dealer busted.

Lost that $500 plus another $500 a few days later. I try to avoid casino games for the most part.

You should have split those Kings, you would have made a 21 and 19! and maybe won BOTH!!

i was already pretty plastered to start with. so yeah, it felt great.

btw, there is no "feel" to the online blackjacks...pretty random. i think they reshuffle the deck everytime...not sure how they actually do it. i can only feel it when i am in the actual casino. in the states where the dealer hand shuffle the decks, if i play long enough i have a pretty good idea where are the low cards and high cards are in the six deck shoe...so i always try to be nice to the dealer (tipping more than usual) so the dealer would let me cut the deck everytime. but i always seem to blow my blackjack winnings on craps...damn my ghetto gambling gene.

Yeah I know there's no actual of purpose of doing what I did, however at the time it was the only way I could convince myself to risk $500 on the next hand.

doesn't that give you the feeling the online casinos are rigged? when you bet small, you seem to hit 20 and 21, but when you bet big, you're getting all the crap cards.

about 4 years ago, there was one online casino where you can see the dealer via live video stream...i think it was in the phillipines. they use super big cards.

do you still know if they do that picoman? that would be cool to watch haha. That is nuts about dealer not wanting you to hit a 16 at live casino, I mean sometimes you should stay with 16 but I would hit it, I've done pretty well playing blackjack at casinos, just have to remind myself like you to not blow it on craps and roulette because that can burn a hole in your pocket about 20 seconds if your not careful

    Yeah.

Had a good weekend and looked at it as a freeroll. Sometimes it's hard to value chips or digital dollars in your account as actual money. I'm not a good blackjack player like Picoman, strictly entertainment for me.

There used to be one like that but it was nude dealing, if you won the chicks would take their clothes off, I think they got shut down for sexual abuse, I lost alot of money but most importantly I had fun.

    no, not at all
even 21 is good for hit
it is actually good even for double

    only problem is that...
    you have to have:
    soft 20 or 21
    4 cards
    and playing pontoon
