What is just as important as picking games is managing your bank roll. I have general rules but they vary from sport to sport. The only system I use does not tell me which games to play..it just points me to which games to handicap which cuts down on my work load. Now if your asking about how to handicap games...the only place to learn that is in the school of hard knocks.

As Rich has mentioned above, it's always good advise to implament a money management plan. also Don't bet on everything out there, just stick with betting on sports that you know and feel confortable betting on.
Another thing you need to do is avoid chasing your losses, because that will kill you every time. thats something alot of people just don't seem to do for some reason.

money management, living to see your next bet is very key...stick with thour game plan at the beginning of the day/ week...if you plan on playing 5 games ina day, play 5...don't play more if you do well or poorly on those five...chasing gets people into a lot of trouble...

Yea I have an important one:
NEVER LOSE MORE THAN 10% OF YOUR GROSS PAY TO ALL TYPES OF GAMBLING.
Seriously, cap your losses at 10% of your gross salary. So if you are humping a truck for a yearly salary of $35k a year your bankroll for the year should fail-safe max at $3,500.

sportsbooks that offer 25% cash bonus are walking on thin ice.if a bet looks to easy-beware.try to avoid moneyline favorites, you,ll lose in long run

Not Changing up your style cuz of a slump. Slumps come to the best of
us. Look at me I was even in a slump. When your in a slump and see that
your coming around add a unit or two to your bets cause likely it will be
a winning streak. Good cappers win with more than 55% of there picks
so if you have lost 5 out of 6 then chances are a winning streak is
coming, Just know when it is??

aka chasing your losses. Have you been reading "Sportsbetting the jjgold way"?Originally Posted by imgv94

disagreed with that. You are a stalker that I don't
want around me anymore. No one on here respects
you and even your lover quarm has told you not to
bother me. Why don't you take his advice? Raiders
was so right about you being a weird dude. I thought
there was a truce. I have enough haters on here. But
one thing they never can admit is I win!! and I win
alot!!! and there isn't nothing you or anyone can say
about that!!

imgv94, I am presuming that you can read. If you can then you can see the advice offered earlier:

I never said when you lose bet more. I said bet more when you see the
wave coming back in your favor. I pick winners. You come on here and pick
on people like raiders and myself. You stalk,You spend endless time looking
for anything you can on someone. I appreciate all the time you spend on
me, it proves that you must care. I don't care about you. You care about
me. Your the one that started talking about me. You started this B.S
and I have tried to end it. But your stalking crazy weirdo self insists on
prolonging this. You are a weird individual that is taking on a monster. I
am a winner. A proven winner. Stop talking about me.

Taco, if I could just say, dont go down that road mate. You may agree or not with posters or not but to find ways of personally ridiculing them is a bit below the belt perhaps.Originally Posted by tacomax
Name calling, outrageous claims etc can be annoying or not but trying to personally ridicule someone because of looks or their private life isnt good.
Im not taking sides or anything and I know you know this anyway deep down. Its not like you cant articulate yourself pretty well!!
