Call the book back and explain. If it's an A rated book and the game hasn't started they will probably fix it for you. My book would.

pushes should be no action on a freeplay. Is it a new rule in the TOS?

I put the wager in at bookmaker. I used the other half of it on NE/Giants over 10 in 1Q which was a push. After I did not get my free play back I checked the rules and it says......
TIES LOSE
