I've made a cashout of 1170 usd about a week ago and it hasn't been processed until now and i didn't get any confirmation or anything else from them.
Instead my balance still shows the amount of 1170 usd , while my available money balance under the withdrawal tab shows 0.00 usd.
On their website they state that every cashout is going to be processed within 48 hours , but that obv. didn't happen in my case .

I've sent some emails to their support but i didn't get an answer , so i'm bit concerned now.

So has anyone ever made similiar experiences with beted or other bookies and could give me some adive?

Probably just a holiday delay.

Mine was processed in 48 hours, and received the payout in 7 days.

Once they process it though, your balance should be 0

i'm not a us resident , so i think it's quite expensive to call their support.
That's why i didn't take that into account.

But i'll wait for another few days and hopefully it's just a holiday delay and things will be fine soon

Yes, it can take up to 7 days after the money is deducted (4 days for me last time).

Not sure if you requested a wire or not. I know those can take up to 3-4 business days.

I think we should be careful using the word scam about companies in the headlines, especially before all facts are on the table, even with a questionmark behind

But anyway, just to process a neteller withdrawal that slow, is a reason to choose another bookie.

I received their *************** deposit prior to the email stating the process was complete. Beted makes you jump thru hoops, but they pay. As you say, give them a few more days.

Rm18 posted roughly about a month and a half ago that he received some pretty hefty payouts from BetEd.

BetEd hasn't stiffed anyone to my knowledge. Scam is definitely overstated in this case.
