I love the SBR forum. I normally stop gambling on sports after football is done, but I think I might stick around since you guys are cool. Just to hear all the stuff going on.

Does that include JJ's 100+ aliases?

JJ only had one here. We watch for that type stuff. Speaking of JJ, I saw on his forum "JJ Gold's Forum closed due to bankruptcy".

I was always a fan of JJ. He should of stuck to having fun with his act.

    Agree!

There are too many forums these days and I just cannot wait to stick to one. Something I also did in the very old days with the RX.

I hear ya but here is my problem with AK and Raiders. You see this list he posted below at tow? His #8 top book in the world is on life support and he knows it. He is paid to do this which is fine but this will hurt people if they believe him. I dont want someone from sbr seeing this false shilling rubbish and follow AK's advice to finanicial ruin. I wish I could convince him to go straight but scamming seems to be what he feels he's best at.

Remember on the 7th when AK said that he "might have more bad news regarding an advertiser soon". Care to guess which advertiser he was referring to which he divulged to another poster via PM?

I was thinking the same thing, Happy Boy.

After the Super Bowl is usually a black void in sports for me, until March Madness. But I'll stick around and handicap the pro bowl and arena league or whatever sad sport is out there. Hmmm, the olympics are this year. Maybe some good bets there.

The forum is a laugh. I think I only visit maybe three forums now but only really post here. Mainly because its entertaining. Raiders and jj did entertain.

But, quality posts as well :

    - raiders 57% challenge. It was a great practical example of how tough it is ... he put it up and all the sharpest minds knew it would be tough to beat.

    - BBD;s list iof betting rules. One of those posts where you read it and agree and move on, but I did go back to it and think through each one practically and it has helped. "Always respect the underdog" sounds obvious and we'd all say we do it all the time, but I think sometimes we dont do it enough.
    etc

My only gripe is that the sports everyone follows are US sports which I dont know enough about and the bookies are all ones Id never use. That said, I should look into some of them, get a Neteller account and mop up a few bonuses.

Individuals here? Pretty much like everyone for different reasons. The entertainers, the bickers, the funny guys, the 'academics, the old lags ... its a good mix. Of course the forum is poorer without jj and raiders ... anyone who says their posts werent informative, provacative and/or just plain funny(intentionally or not) is not being honest.

The only other thing that sticks is the new faces who showed up for the RCS thing then resurfaced for the BOS thing then disappear ... talk about agenda driven.

And just to lend balance: I find the forum much better without AK, Raiders, jj etc. There are enough forums full of shills and petty bickering. Does every forum have to be the same?

SBR seems to be rising above. It has sacrificed some quantity in favor of quality. It is becoming a much more friendly place for a player like me. I don't want to sift through big blocks of lies and squabbles and spam to get to the point. I am not interested in a forum that is a daycare for needy nerds.

I like the direction SBR forum is going.

PS - the contests have been very enjoyable.

I love this forum!! The Mods are cool. They don't try to throw there weight
around so much like other forums, but at the same time they know how to keep
everything under control. ILL,onlooker, and BBD are cool as hell. This forum
is pretty addictive and I cannot make a bet without going on here to
see if someone knows something. There's some winners on here too. And
some very nice genuine people. I hope everyone is enjoying themselves
    on here.

great site, one stop for forum, picks, sportsbook ratings guide, live lines.i became tired of major wager when sportsbook intrests dominated everything.here the anger level between posters seems more contained, and if help is ever needed with a sportsbook bill can help more effectively than anyone with his marketing muscle.lets all make more money together and have fun here
