Diversify the assets of SBR so it would be focused not only in the gambling niche, but other profitable niches on the Internet. In the end, it would assure that the company remains a float and profitable with multiple streams of income assuring profitability no matter the state of the offshore gambling world.

1) I would do a complete review of the Sportsbook list and make sure it is accurate with the latest information. There are a lot of dead links and such.

2) Institute a policy where if a poster is bashing a book for a reason, and cannot validate their claim or is found to be untruthful, impose a suspension.

Somehow get involved in the whole point loaning scheme - whether directly or indirectly. Not only do repeated stiffs harm the overall vibe of the site but it'll save those chasing them around the forum from posting in threads endlessly.

Take a more active stand on moving obviously racist/homophobic/religious bashing threads to PZ. I can only imagine how many people stumble across this site and are turned off by seeing one of these threads on the first page.

Offer promotions/contests only to those who follow you on Facebook/Twitter. Start Tweeting/FB'ing Lou's contests, etc... Many people are very active on those sites even when away from their computer. And once a person follows you, you are gaining exposure within their network as well.

Offer an incentive to the biggest point winner/loser every week/month. This will encourage more people to use the Sportsbook on a regular basis which will more often than not equate to more points leaving posters' hands. Not so hot for posters as a whole but you are running a business here.

We need a list of everyone that claims credit for the points program! BigBoyDan is absolutely convinced it was his idea. At least two other posters also claim credit for it.

The idea in all seriousness was born when we tried the "Reputation Points" system briefly a couple of years ago. Gawd that was one mega cat fight that we quickly stopped. You may have suggested it along with BBD and others but it was Bill. Ivan and Willie and then Lou who actually honed it into a viable plan. Still others within SBR came up with the idea to add a sportsbook to go along with the store.

But thanks for your ideas if we used them on the points. They are always appreciated!

The spreadsheet will be redone and made even better. Right now the team is in the middle of a summer rebuild of SBR Odds, SBR Forum, and also SportsbookReview, but once Odds is rebuilt ideally the spreadsheet would be fed in the scores and function 100% automatically.

Become the premier tout monitoring site on the planet by making the spreadsheets into something like what WagerLine does. SBR has more credibility and can do what those monitoring sites touts pay to have rankings on do by tweaking current software--and don't let them split themselves into ten different subcategories. Would create newbie traffic as "Service Plays" forum often comes up when googling for opinions.

Also, then when posters want to offer picks they could track themselves objectively instead of making up their own lines and grading their own wagers.
