Horse Racing software pedicts 2-3 times better than an average better, read on.
I read there is a software that predicts 35-40% winners of the race track races, the average better usually gets 15% right, If anyone would like some more info, I will be happy to explain, I am not sure this a right thread on a sportbook review site. let me know if anyone is interested.

It claims for every 1 put in you get back 1.34 dollars, which is extremely good for horse racing. I have to find it again, I believe I saved it on my favorites, I'll keep you posted..in the next couple hours
