    Default betandwin

just made a deposit with betandwin, then found out some of the complains about them. So scared. So made a withdrawal right away.
anybody have experience with them? although lost 10 dollar without doing anything (fees for deposit). I will be very glad to have my deposit back. Right now I just not quite sure.

    Any experiences guys?

Hi, most of the complaints are because of betting limits not because they don't pay. So I think you should not lose your money. Good luck. Jan

Welcome to the forum, pother and kiwi. Thanks for dropping in.

SBR rating for Bet and Win = C+

I have never used Bet and Win. I have a good friend in England who uses them all the time. He calls them Bet and Whinge. Apparently you have to keep a close eye on them for voiding bets due to "obvious line error." Dangerous book for arbitrageurs like my friend.

I've never heard him say they do it after events are decided, but he says he has to watch his confirmed bets there right up to gametime to make sure there are no surprises.

But they also have some things they offer which he really likes.

Another guy posted a complaint here the other day that his account had been frozen because they were accusing him of CC chargeback. But I haven't heard the final word on that situation yet.

That's what I can tell you.

The BAW Group of books give the Euro players the same type of hassles the Sportingbet family gives Americans. They both will freeze an account for weeks and even months due to account "audits". They will cancel wagers after the events have finished and they will fail to answer emails. Both are profitable and financially sound companies but in some instances, players leave feeling cheated.

I used to play with baw and other books of the family (playit and beteuro) and no problem with it, however small stakes. they are solvent and they will pay you as they paid me. They have tremendous offer of bets (I mean quantity not quality of lines), every possible sport and league. Their CS is shi*t*y and they made a lot of mistakes grading, posting lines and so on. I wouldn't send them too much but they are quite safe if you are not a high roller

I will say that in recent times, Frank Mahon, has been pretty good about responding to emails. He's currently looking nto one of the recent complaints

I have just had my account closed when trying to withdraw, and have lost almost £300. Withdraw your money ASAP and run for the hills!
