I would say 5Dimes would offer the best Deposit and withdraw methods.
They accept [iSBRFORUM]Echecks[/iSBRFORUM] ($300 max.), [iSBRFORUM]Book-to-Book transfers[/iSBRFORUM], [iSBRFORUM]**[/iSBRFORUM], [iSBRFORUM]**[/iSBRFORUM], and [iSBRFORUM]Fedex checks[/iSBRFORUM]. They also accept [iSBRFORUM]****[/iSBRFORUM]/[iSBRFORUM]**********[/iSBRFORUM]/[iSBRFORUM]Debit cards[/iSBRFORUM] if your account is active after 90 days.

5Dimes is usually hit or miss with their CC processing for the most part. However, after speaking with them today via a live chat session. They did tell me that they are currently accepting ****/** deposits if your account is 90 days active.
FWIW: I do know for sure that youwager.com (SBR rated B) does accept ****/** and Debit cards currently, although I'm not really sure of their restriction policies though.

I feel they are a very good financially sound book for recreational type players. Youwager did have a security flaw back in March,2006, but has fixed that problem. Also they have no outstanding slow pay/no pay complaints levied against them at this time.

I hate 5dimes lines for NFL. Other than that, sound financially, everything bigboydan said was spot on.
To the guy looking for a second book who currently uses bookmaker, i'd say try out matchbook. you can stick with bookmaker for early lines and other options, and matchbook will usually give you the best available price.
